Shipping policy

We deliver to all Australian states and territories.

Tile delivery is priced by the total weight of the tiles in your order and where it is going, and the exact amount is shown at checkout. Victoria has three areas by delivery postcode: Greater Melbourne, the Geelong area (postcodes 3212 to 3220 and 3222 to 3228) and the rest of Victoria. The delivery page lists the Greater Melbourne postcodes. Product prices and delivery rates include GST.

Sample pieces

Sample orders are delivered free anywhere in Australia, with no minimum order value. A sample piece is A$3.00 and a tray holds up to five.

Orders over 3,000 kg are quoted separately; email sales@tilekind.com.au. Most boxes weigh about 30 kg; subway and 100 × 300 mm wall tile boxes weigh about 16 kg. Mosaic sheets are not counted in the weight.

Where an order contains both tiles and sample pieces, the sample pieces are delivered free and the tile portion is priced from the rates above.

A$100 off orders of A$1,500 or more
When the products in your order come to A$1,500 or more before delivery, A$100 comes off the order at checkout. It is a discount on the order, not on the delivery charge.

We do not deliver outside Australia. Collection is not available.

Tiles are delivered to the kerb or driveway at the unloading point. Drivers do not carry tiles inside, upstairs or past that point, and room placement and installation are not included.

Orders leave the warehouse within three business days. Typical transit after dispatch: VIC two to four business days; NSW, ACT and SA three to six; QLD four to seven; WA, NT and TAS seven to twelve. Any date given for an order is an estimate, not a guarantee.

A few remote postcodes and islands are quoted separately or carry a surcharge; we tell you before dispatch and you can cancel at no cost.

If no one can receive the delivery at the booked time, the carrier's redelivery fee is passed on at cost before a second attempt is booked.
