From the start of Friday 27 November to 11:59 pm on Monday 30 November 2026 (Melbourne time, AEDT), a fixed amount comes off an order when the products in it reach one of three levels. No code needed: checkout takes it off and shows it before you pay.

Only the highest level an order reaches applies.
Email subscribers start early. Email subscribers who have signed up by 5:00 pm on Thursday 26 November can use the offer from 6:00 pm that day (AEDT), with codes sent to them by email, one for each level.
Conditions
- Full boxes and mosaic sheets count towards the levels. Sample pieces don't count and aren't discounted.
- The amount comes off the products, not the delivery charge.
- Only one discount per order: the Black Friday offer, the A$100 off orders of A$1,500 or more, or a first-order code. Whenever an order qualifies for the Black Friday offer, its amount is larger than either of the other two.
- The sample credit still applies: order the same tile within six months of your sample order and quote the sample order number.
- In other states, take off the difference; in Perth the offer ends at 8:59 pm. It ends at the stated time and won't be extended.
