A guide using published bands, not a freight quote. Checkout gives the final charge. Orders travel with third-party freight partners, and any dispatch date or delivery window given for an order is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Adding samples does not increase the shipping charge for the full-tile portion. WA, NT and TAS have no free-delivery band.

Delivery access checklist
Tiles are delivered to the kerb or driveway at your unloading point. Drivers do not carry tiles inside, upstairs or past that point. Room placement and installation are not included.

Tell us about changes in level and any lift requirements.

Plan who can receive and check the delivery.

Consider a suitable protected place for the delivered tiles.
