What the build needs
The measured area, the order of work, how the site can be reached for delivery, and which dates are still assumptions.
What the installer needs
The documents for the exact product: substrate, layout, joint width and the installation system. None of that follows from the shape of a tile.
What procurement needs
The exact product code, the number of pieces in a box, the order quantity, and the delivery band for the destination state.
