Gloss finish tiles

14 tiles

Gloss is the finish you keep wiping.

A reflective face gives a mark nowhere to hide: on gloss generally, fingerprints and water spots read at a glancing angle after wiping. What that buys is light. A reflective glaze makes a narrow room read wider and lifts one with a small window.

About Gloss finish tiles

The tiles carrying it sit on the wall tiles page and the mosaic page, so this is a view across two groups rather than a range of its own. Recorded formats run from 12.8 × 95 mm fingers, through 20 × 145 mm strips on a 296 × 299 mm sheet, through a 316 × 277 mm herringbone sheet, to 300 × 600 mm; the subway shapes are recorded at 75 × 300 mm and 100 × 300 mm.

No wet pendulum class is recorded for anything on this page. These are wall shapes and mosaic sheets, so that figure is not the one deciding the choice here — but a blank field is not a measurement, and the page will not let it read as one.
