Short answer: Tile orders placed by Tuesday 15 December are dispatched by Friday 18 December. Sample orders placed by Thursday 17 December are posted by Tuesday 22 December. Tile orders placed from Wednesday 16 December and sample orders placed from Friday 18 December are dispatched from Tuesday 5 January, in the order they came in. Every date here is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Tile orders
- Last order date for dispatch before the break: Tuesday 15 December.
- Last dispatch: Friday 18 December. Transit after dispatch is the usual range on our delivery page. Freight is slower before Christmas and many carriers pause between Christmas and New Year, so an order dispatched on 18 December may arrive in January, especially in QLD, WA, NT and TAS.
- Tile orders placed from Wednesday 16 December are dispatched from Tuesday 5 January. You can still order online; we confirm your order by email.
Sample orders
- Samples go by post. Sample orders placed by Thursday 17 December are posted by Tuesday 22 December.
- Sample orders placed after that are posted from Tuesday 5 January. Tile samples has the usual details.

Check these dates against your start date, and if it is close, email sales@tilekind.com.au before you order so we can confirm what is possible. Order everything in one go: delivery is priced by the total weight of the order, and a second order travels separately.
