Before relying on the estimate
  • Measure the actual tiled extent, not the full room size.
  • Check whether the stated sheet size includes the grout joint.
  • Allow separately for pattern alignment, edge cuts and future repairs.
  • Confirm substrate, wet-area and installation requirements with a licensed trade.
