Behind the glass shower screen
In the recess the herringbone runs the full width of the wall, broken only by a square niche and a shuttered window. At this size the joints come thick and fast, so the wall reads as a fine texture rather than as separate pieces, and the brass rain head and mixer plate carry the only warm colour against it.
