Pietra Luna Marble-Look Tile in a long bathroom, on the walls and across the floor. The photograph runs the length of the room, past a floating walnut vanity and a pair of oval mirrors, to the glass shower screen at the far end.
Walls and floor, one pale field
Wall and floor carry the same white ground and soft grey veining, so the room reads as one pale field rather than two surfaces. The floor tiles are large, which puts few joints between the vanity and the shower, and the veining changes from panel to panel, so the wall behind the mirrors does not read as one drawing repeated.
At this scale the tile is quiet, and the grey only gathers in places, which is what lets the walnut vanity and the brushed metal fittings carry the colour. Tone this soft shifts between screens, so it is worth checking against a physical sample.
What this page does not tell you
This page does not say where a tile may be used.
Colour, finish and grout read differently under different light and between production batches. Order a sample and look at it in the room before you decide.
