Green tiles

The green in this range is a sage, and the sage is doing more work than the gloss. It is desaturated enough to sit beside oak, brass or a white benchtop without any of them having to give way, where a saturated green makes every other finish in the room pick a side.

The face is waved, and a moulded face takes light unevenly: brighter along the crest, darker in the hollow. Under a strip light above a bench that is obvious; in flat daylight it very nearly disappears.

Recorded at 75 × 300 mm, with no AS 4586 slip class on file. It is grouped with the wall tiles, and this page does not describe it as anything more.
